I always get one early Christmas gift from my mom since I pick it and order it for myself during Black Friday sales. This year there was an amazing deal on the KitchenAid Pasta attachment that also included the Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder attachment as a bundle so I jumped at the chance to finally start making fresh pasta. The reviews weren’t the greatest on the fresh prep, but it was basically free.
The pasta dough was easy to make following the included recipe and instructions. Next time I’ll roll the dough a bit thinner for the fettucine I chose to make. Look out for more pasta goodness as I practice some more. I went simple this time and tossed the pasta in my homemade pesto sauce.
